Abstract The groin and pelvis represent a large anatomical region with disorders affecting diverse array of osteoarticular, musculotendinous, gastrointestinal, genitourinary structures. Although it can be difficult to pinpoint pain generator clinically, patients often present non-specific orthopedic complaints at the anterior , lateral inferior or posterior aspect pelvis. purpose this practical review is highlight most important anatomy, injury patterns, diagnostic imaging findings each these four sites.
